Layout with Table and Chairs

Classroom Style

20 or 28 pax
  • Recommended Capacity: 20 or 28 people
  • Arrangement: Rows of tables facing the front, projector, or screen.
  • Ideal for: Training sessions, workshops, seminars, and lectures.
In a classroom-style arrangement, tables and chairs are set up in rows facing the front or projectors or TV, allowing all attendees to have a clear view of the presenter or screen. This setup is ideal for educational events, presentations, training sessions, or any event where note-taking is expected or following along with materials.

U-Shaped Style

24 pax
  • Recommended Capacity: 24 people
  • Arrangement: U-shaped layout with an open center.
  • Ideal for: Board meetings, group discussions, and formal discussions.
In a U-shaped layout, tables are arranged in a “U” shape with seating around the outer sides, allowing everyone to see each other. This setup encourages discussion and engagement, as all participants can see and interact with one another. The open center also accommodates presentations, displays, or group activities.

T-Shaped Style

30 pax
  • Recommended Capacity: 30 people
  • Arrangement: Central table with chairs arranged in a T-shape.
  • Ideal for: Conferences, collaborative meetings, and brainstorming sessions.
The T-shaped setup offers a structured layout with more concentrated seating environment for meetings, discussion and presentation, as compared to U-Shaped. While T-Shaped Style involves more people in a group discussion compared to cabaret style.

36 pax
  • Recommended Capacity: 36 people
  • Arrangement: Tables arranged in small groups.
  • Ideal for: Workshops, team-building, and interactive events.
In cabaret style, attendees are seated at tables in several small groups. This layout encourages small-group interactions and networking, making it perfect for workshops, team-building, and social events. Guests can comfortably engage both with the speaker and those at their table, fostering a relaxed, collaborative atmosphere. This setup is perfect for events where attendees will be encouraged to interact and discuss in small groups, like workshops or team-building sessions.

Theater Style

50 pax
  • Recommended Capacity: 50 people
  • Arrangement: Rows of chairs facing the front.
  • Ideal for: Large presentations, corporate talks, and award ceremonies.
In theater style, chairs are arranged in rows facing the stage or screen, maximizing seating for a large audience. Theater style is similar to classroom style but without tables. This setup is ideal for presentations or speeches where attendees don’t need a table for note-taking or materials, making it ideal for large event.

Selecting the Right Layout for Your Event

The best layout depends on your event’s purpose, audience size, and desired interaction level. Here are our quick suggestions:
  • Educational Events/Presentations: Classroom (20–28 pax; required table) or Theater (50 pax; table not required); U-shape (24 pax)
  • Collaborative/Group Discussions/ Networking/Social Events: U-shape (24 pax); or T-shape (30 pax; focused group activities), or Cabaret (36 pax; dispersed group activities)

Event Space Rates and Amenities

Our rental packages offer weekday or weekend options, with 4-hour and 8-hour packages and additional hourly rates.
Every event space booking includes one hour for setup/ preparation which is free of charge.
